Cancellation Policy
I accept payment via credit card or e-transfer. However, I require a credit card to be on file during our working relationship. I will only charge a card if a payment is late, a session is late-cancelled, or a no-show.
I will wait 15 minutes if you are late for a session. However, if you have not notified me in advance and are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a 'No Show' after this time. You will then need to reschedule and pay the full session fee for the missed appointment.
I kindly request that you provide 48 hours' notice to cancel a booked session. For example, if your session is at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, you must cancel before 1 p.m. the day before Monday to avoid being charged the total session amount.
In the event of an emergency, please notify me immediately. *Please note, I have discretion regarding waiving the session fee based on the particular situation.*
