Cancellation Policy
Prismatic Compassion accepts payment via credit card or e-transfer. However, we require a credit card to be on file during our working relationship. We will only charge a card if a payment is late, a session is late-cancelled, or no-showed.
Your clinician will wait 15 minutes if you are late for a session. However, if you have not notified them in advance, the session will be marked a 'No Show' after this time, and you will have to re-schedule and pay the full session fee for the missed appointment.
We ask that clients give 48 hours' notice to cancel their booked session. For example, if your session is at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, you must cancel before 1 p.m. the day before Monday to avoid being charged the total session amount.
If there is an emergency, please notify your clinician. *Please note that your clinician will waive the session fee at their discretion.*
